  • Coaching institutes may publish or display ranks, results, and scorecards in any medium (online, offline, or print) for promotions, admissions, or branding.

  • Students and users consent to receiving communication (emails, SMS, WhatsApp, phone calls) from E Acad Sutra and its partner institutes.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to misuse the platform by uploading false information, cheating during tests, or violating exam integrity.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You must not use our services for unlawful or harmful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Any reliance on ranks, results, or analytics from our platform for admissions, employment, or decision-making is at the user’s sole discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability
